Abstract/Citation: Amends the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 regarding representative and individual complaints, determinations of such complaints and their enforcement; the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986 in respect of victimisation offences; the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 with regard to complaints, victimisation offences, determinations and their review; and the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 concerning sexual harrassment and review and enforcement of determinations.
