| Abstract/Citation: | This Ordinance provides that permission under s. 2 paragraph 4 of the Seafarers' Hours of Work Act, s. 59 of the Seamen's Act, s. 4 of the Mustering of Seafarers Act and s. 7 of the Ordinance respecting Permission for Employment on Board Ship shall be decided by the Board of Shipping and that the Board of Shipping shall consult the Swedish organisations for shipowners and employees on board ships. |
