Abstract/Citation: These Regulations of the Ministry of Labour, under section 17 of the Labour Relations Act of 1985, provide a range of minimum to maximum increases allowable to be negotiated under collective bargaining agreements. For employees not covered by such agreements, a schedule of increases based on annual income is provided.
