Abstract/Citation: This Act extensively amends the Social Security Act 1991 in relation to disability and sickness support: Part 2 relates to invalid pensions; Part 2.3 relates to disability support pensions; Part 2.14 relates to sickness allowances, and Part 4 amends s.4C of the Health Insurance Act 1973 in respect of the meaning of "CDA child" and "child disability allowance".
