| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes a separate legal framework for youth affairs. Inter alia, aims at encouraging the provision of training for persons working with youth and others in related fields. Maintains the Youth Policy Development Council established under the Youth, Sport and Recreation Act 1972 and outlines the Council's functions. |
