Abstract/Citation: An Act to make provision for an occupational superannuation scheme for persons employed by the Commonwealth, and for certain other persons. Provisions cover the establishment of the superannuation scheme and fund by deed; membership of the scheme; contributions deducted from salary or paid by the employer; benefits payable under the scheme; establishment, functions and membership of the Commonwealth Superannuation Board of Trustees No. 1; functions of the Commissioner for Superannuation; powers of trust and duties of investment manager; and related matters.
