Abstract/Citation: Act relating to discrimination on the ground of sex, marital status or pregnancy or involving sexual harassment. Prohibits discrimination, provides for certain exemptions and regulates related legal matters (inquiries, civil proceedings, complaints, evidence). Also provides for appointment of a sex discrimination commissioner. The Convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women is annexed as a schedule.
