The consolidation of the Act includes a total of 33 amending texts through June 2014 (up to Act 2014:424). The consolidated text includes various amendments.
Provides for regulations concerning the right to annual leave benefits. annual leave benefits include annual leave days, annual leave payment and annual leave compensation.
Contains 28 sections concerning, inter alia:
