| Abstract/Citation: | Implements the Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons especially Women and Children and the Protocol Against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air issued by the United Nations. The Proclamation provides a comprehensive framework to address trafficking and smuggling of persons and repeals the Prevention and Suppression of Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants Proclamation No. 909/2015.
