| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Article 262 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar by replacing sub-section (a)(1) as follows: (1) Appropriate persons with the qualifications specified in the provision in sub-section (a) shall be selected Also amends Article 344 replacing it with the following: “344. Laws must be enacted to provide for the care of disabled servicemen and the families of dead or fallen servicemen." |
