Second Region

La ley citada, de Servicios Sociales, promueve y garantiza, en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, el derecho universal de todas las personas a las prestaciones y servicios del Sistema Público de Servicios Sociales, en condiciones de igualdad, con el fin de alcanzar su pleno desarrollo individual y social. La ley se estructura de la siguiente manera:

- TÍTULO I: LA CIUDADANÍA Y EL SISTEMA PÚBLICO DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES
