|Abstract/Citation:||Amends the Labour Code, introducing wording changes in parts 1, 6 of article 83 (Reimbursement for unused annual leaves); rephrasing the title and part 1 of article 182-1 which now reads: "Additional leave for employees who have children or adult child-disabled from birth of group I, sub-group A".
Also amends the Law on Leave, making wording changes in articles 4 (Types of leave), 9 (Calculation of seniority for the right to annual leave); rephrasing the title and part 1 of article 19 which now reads: "Additional leave for employees who have children or adult child-disabled from birth of group I, sub-group A"; also adding new words to articles 20, 21, 25.
Also amends the Law on State Assistance to Families with Children of 21 November 1992, rephrasing parts 2, 5, repealing part 3 of article 11 (Terms of appointing allowance at the time of childbirth); supplements article 12 (Amount of support at the time of childbirth) with part 2; repealing para 3 of section VIII (Final provisions).
Sub-paragraphs 1, 3 of para 1, sub-paragraphs 1, 2, 4-6 of para 2 of section I enter into force on 1 January 2015.
