| Abstract/Citation: | The consolidation of the Ordinance includes 10 amending texts through January 2018 (up to Ordinance 2018:42). The consolidated text includes various amendments. Provides for regulations concerning state employment support and subsidies. Employment support is provided to employers in order to encourage the employment of people with difficulty getting a regular job. Employment support is provided by the the Public Employment Service in the form of special recruitment support. Contains 59 articles and 16 sections concerning, inter alia: Section 1: Introductory provision. Section 2: Various forms of special employment support. Section 3: Special employment support for participators in the job and development guarantee program. Section 4: Special employment support in the form of an additional employment.
