  ACUTE HAZARDS PREVENTION FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION Combustible. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.  Finely dispersed particles form explosive mixtures in air.  NO open flames.  Closed system, dust explosion-proof electrical equipment and lighting. Prevent deposition of dust.  Use water spray, foam, powder, carbon dioxide.

 PREVENT DISPERSION OF DUST!
  SYMPTOMS PREVENTION FIRST AID
Inhalation Cough. Sore throat.  Use local exhaust.  Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention.
Skin Redness.  Protective gloves. Protective clothing.  Wear protective gloves when administering first aid. Remove contaminated clothes. See Notes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap. Refer for medical attention .
Eyes Redness. Pain.  Wear safety goggles or face shield.  Rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible). Refer for medical attention.
Ingestion Cough.  Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.  Rinse mouth. Refer for medical attention .

SPILLAGE DISPOSAL CLASSIFICATION & LABELLING
Personal protection: particulate filter respirator adapted to the airborne concentration of the substance. Sweep spilled substance into sealable containers. If appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder. Then store and dispose of according to local regulations.

EXPOSURE & HEALTH EFFECTS

Routes of exposure
The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol and by ingestion.

Effects of short-term exposure
The substance is mildly irritating to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract.

Inhalation risk
Evaporation at 20°C is negligible; a harmful concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly.

Effects of long-term or repeated exposure
Repeated or prolonged contact may cause skin sensitization. The substance may have effects on the nervous system. This may result in impaired functions.

OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS
MAK: (inhalable fraction): 5 mg/m3; peak limitation category: II(2); sensitization of skin (SH); pregnancy risk group: C

ENVIRONMENT
Bioaccumulation of this chemical may occur in the environment.

NOTES
Isolate contaminated clothing by sealing in a bag or other container.
Do NOT take working clothes home.
