	ACUTE HAZARDS	PREVENTION	FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION	Highly flammable if powdered. Combustible. Finely dispersed particles form explosive mixtures in air.	NO open flames, NO sparks and NO smoking. Closed system, dust explosion-proof electrical equipment and lighting. Prevent deposition of dust. Prevent build-up of electrostatic charges (e.g., by grounding).	Use water spray, powder, foam, carbon dioxide. In case of fire: keep drums, etc., cool by spraying with water.
