The project:
  • provided trainings on International and EU labour standards and best practices on labour relations and made available supporting and guidance materials
  • supported the drafting and advocacy of the legal acts aimed at transforming undeclared work (UDW) into declared work, concerning, in particular:
    • determination of the existence of an employment relationship and its legal presumption
    • regulation of the obligation of employer to inform employees about the conditions applicable to the labour contract or employment relationship
    • regulation of the obligation of employer to ensure transparent and predictable working conditions
    • part-time
    • telework
