Project stakeholders

1) Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine is the central executive authority, in charge for the development and implementation of the state policy of employment and labour relations and others.

2) State Labour Service of Ukraine (SLS) is the central executive authority which implements state policy of industrial safety, occupational safety and health, handling of industrial explosives, state mining supervision, policy of compliance with the legislation on labour, employment of population, compulsory state social insurance against occupational accidents and diseases, which led to disability, caused temporary disability, in case of unemployment in the part of granting, calculation and payment of benefits, compensations, provision of social services and other types of materials security in order to ensure respect of rights and guarantees to the ensured persons.

3) Social partners (Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Ukraine, Federation of Employers of Ukraine, Confederation of Employers of Ukraine, Association of Employers’ Organizations of Ukraine) are involved in the Project through the consultations and tripartite events etc.
