Labour relations and undeclared work

The project will support the drafting and advocacy of the legal acts aimed at reducing undeclared work (UDW), in particular, regarding the provision of a legal presumption of existence of an employment relationship and a more adequate regulation of the obligation of employer to inform employees about the conditions applicable to the labour contract or employment relationship, working time and part-time. In addition, the State Labour Service will be supported in the planning and implementation of a labour inspection campaign on UDW.
