The ILO Regional Office for Arab States, in partnership with the ILO International Training Centre (ITCILO,) held a South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) workshop in Beirut from 3-4 April 2019, bringing together tripartite constituents from six countries from the Arab States region: Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) and Oman.

The workshop focused on exchanging country experiences in integrating decent work and employment in their national SDGs planning processes, monitoring implementation of the SDGs and preparing Voluntary National Reviews (VNRs) to be submitted to the High-level Political Forum (HLPF) to track their progress.
