Workshop on performance assessment of competency-based training in practice
ILO and UNICEF are organizing a practical workshop on the modular approach to competency-based training, in collaboration with GIZ ProVET.
Within the framework of the UNICEF and ILO initiative to improve the TVET sector, ILO and UNICEF are organizing a practical workshop on the modular approach to competency-based training, in collaboration with GIZ ProVET.
The aim of this workshop is to highlight the importance of competency-based training as one of the components of modernizing curricula and teaching methods, which has been adopted as a key recommendation to raise the level of technical and vocational education in Lebanon.
During the workshop, the competency-based performance assessment will be presented and tested on the "Interior Wall Painting" module developed by GIZ ProVET.
This workshop is aimed at relevant institutions providing TVET programmes and at member representatives from government institutions and NGOs who participated in the development of the TVET strategic roadmap and recommendations for the above-mentioned initiative.
