Core Skill Development Training Workshop successfully held online

On 25th January, the ILO project ‘Quality Apprenticeship and Lifelong Learning in China’ successfully organized Core Skill Development Training Workshop online. Over 120 participants from 71 pilot enterprises, TVET institutions and public agencies attended training to gain in-depth knowledge of the ILO Global Framework on Core Skills for the 21st Century and practices of core skill development.

Project Piloting Launch and Training Workshop on Quality Apprenticeship successfully held

In times of uncertainty and a fast changing world of work, promoting quality apprenticeship to improve skills and employability of youth will enhance their confidence and resilience into the future of work. During 10 to 11 December, in partnership with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), with support of J.P. Morgan Chase, the ILO project ‘Quality Apprenticeship and Lifelong Learning in China’ successfully held Project Piloting Launch and Training Workshop on Quality Apprenticeship in Rizhao city, Shandong province.

ILO sign agreement with the Ministry of Emergency Management for implementing SCORE Training

The ILO Office for China and Mongolia (ILO) and the International Cooperation and Rescue Department of Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China (MEM) signed an implementation agreement on Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) programme in Beijing on March 26 2020. It indicates that SCORE programme cooperation will continue to October 2021 in China.
