ASEAN-Mongolia Exchange of Experiences in Implementing the Single Window Service

The ILO/Japan - MAPS Project, in collaboration with the Human Security Policy Study Center of Mongolia, is organizing a study visit to exchange experiences between ASEAN and Mongolia in implementing Single Window Services for the delivery of social services .


The study visit is part of the ILO’s Project “Promoting and Building Social Protection and Employment Services for Vulnerable Groups, learning from ASEAN” (MAPS Project), funded by the Government of Japan, aiming to transfer experience and build expertise on measures to extend social protection and access to social services, among the ASEAN member States and Mongolia. The Human Security Policy Center of Mongolia has been assisting the development of the single window services throughout Mongolia since 2007. Representatives will be invited from Cambodia, Indonesia and Thailand.

In particular, the objective of this study visit is to enrich the knowledge and understanding of the ASEAN and Mongolian practitioners on the topic of effective and coordinated delivery of social protection benefits and employment services.
