The stories of the Syrians under temporary protection in Turkey tells us about how life is full of ups and downs, but most importantly, people can survive as long as they keep their hopes alive and seize the opportunities that come their way. Throughout the two years of the Opportunities for Lives Project, we supported many professionals through vocational training and entrepreneurship grants to introduce the resources of many qualified individuals like Ms Rania. Rana Abdalrahman is one of the hundreds of Syrians under Temporary Protection who have been receiving mentorship training through the Opportunities for Lives Project, proceeding towards starting their own businesses, adding value to our economy, and creating new employment prospects.
