Social Dialogue, Collective Bargaining and Responsible Business Conduct: Promoting the Strategic Use of the International Instruments for Trade Unions' Action

The aim of this report is to map and analyse the various International Instruments to promote social dialogue, collective bargaining and responsible business conduct to address the main challenges raised by the ILO Resolution concerning Decent Work in Global Supply Chains (2016), including the Global Framework Agreement.
